Marketplace dynamics and rules of engagement — how the course, the vendors, and resellers should relate, set boundaries, and cooperate (or compete) without undercutting value. Modern booking/payment systems, guarantees, chargebacks, surcharges — evolving processes to reduce risk and friction, and align incentives.
